Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory - Pre-order codes not working

It has come to our attention that customers who have received their "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory" game along with their pre-order bonus DLC voucher are unable to redeem the pre-order codes at this time.

The pre-order DLC codes for the game are valid, but the codes haven't been activated on the NA region PSN Store yet at this time. Please DO NOT throw away your codes as they will be able to be redeemed once they have been activated. We recommend periodically checking your DLC code at a later time today once the PSN Store has been updated.

UPDATE 1/19/18 4:20pm PDT**
We received an update from our internal contacts regarding the pre-order DLC vouchers from retailers. Unfortunately, the activation of the pre-order DLC vouchers will take longer than expected and at this time we don’t have an estimated timeframe for resolution. Please rest assured that the appropriate internal contacts are working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We recommend periodically checking our offical Twitter page as any updates for the pre-order DLC vouchers will be posted there once additional information becomes available.

We have received word that this issue has been resolved and all users who acquired a pre-order code should be able to redeem it at this time.
