The BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America support team will be unavailable during the upcoming End of the Year Holidays.

It's that time again for Bandai Namco's End of the Year Holidays. Our support team will be unavailable from the following dates; December 24, 2018 - January 1, 2019.

Rest assured that any emails received over the holiday break will be answered in the order they were submitted when we return to our offices during our normal working hours the following Wednesday (January 2, 2019).

We recommend checking our knowledgebase articles as they contain answers to frequently asked questions for our titles. The FAQ/Articles may be able to resolve any trouble you are encountering with one of our products or provide gameplay suggestions for clearing an area/stage of a game you're currently having trouble in.
