The BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America support team will be unavailable during the upcoming Memorial Day Holiday.  

Our support team will be unavailable on Memorial Day (May 27, 2019).

Rest assured that any emails received over the Memorial Day weekend will be answered in the order they were submitted when we return to our offices during our normal working hours the following Tuesday (May 28, 2019).

During this time we recommend checking our knowledgebase articles as they contain answers to frequently asked questions for our titles. The articles should be able to resolve any trouble you are encountering with one of our products or provide gameplay suggestions for clearing an area/stage of a game you may be having trouble in.
