Jump Force (PS4/Xbox One/Steam) Character Pass Wave 1 DLC

The 1st wave of character pass contents have been released on 5/23/19 on the Steam platform and 5/24/19 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. Please note that the Character Pass itself is not DLC and you still need to manually install the Kaiba, Buscuit, and All Might DLC packs from the respective 1st party storefronts.
If the DLC is installed but not showing up in-game, please check the following based on your 1st party console:
First, please make sure the individual DLCs (Kaiba, Biscuit, and All Might) are listed as Installed on your PS4 notifications and not listed as waiting to install (as this could be a DLC region issue). The PSN services seem to be having some minor issues today so you'll most likely need to manually search for the individual contents from the PSN Store itself. If the DLC is listed as installed (and not waiting to install) you may need to perform a license restore as it's possible the content license for your content may not have downloaded to your system (Settings> Account Management> Restore Licenses).
If you're playing on a different PSN account from the PSN account that owns the DLC or in the case your PS4 system is offline when playing Jump Force, please make sure that the PSN account that owns the DLC has been activated to the PS4 system via Settings> Account Management> Activate as Primary PS4. If your account is already active, please deactivate your account, restart your PS4, and then activate it again.
First, what we would recommend would be to go to Settings> My Xbox> My Home Xbox and register your main Xbox Live Profile to your Xbox One system. Afterwards, please delete the game and DLC from your system itself and perform a Hard Shutdown on your Xbox One to clear its system cache.
1. Power down your console
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes
4. Plug the power cable into the back of the console
5. Wait for the power brick to go from a white light to an orange light
6. Turn the power on.
After restarting your console, please go to Settings> System> Location and change your country to another country and restart your system. Once your system restarts, please return to this menu again and change it back to the United States and restart again. After going through this process, please download the game and content to your Xbox One again.
First, please restart your Steam client to refresh your accounts content license. After restarting Steam, please make sure the individual DLCs have check marks within the DLC tab for Jump Force. Once you confirm this, please verify your game cache and start up Jump Force.
P.S. You must join a team and defeat your team leader in a sparring match first before you can use the DLC characters in VS/Online Mode.
