We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience players may have faced regarding the unscheduled game server maintenance in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers.


The game's server team will be investigating user accounts and save data corruption that may have affected end users on November 15, 2018. If your profile or save data were affected by the unscheduled game server maintenance and your account is from the Americas/Canada region, we will require the following information in order to have the server team look into your account/profile further.


As such, please provide us with the following information and answers to the questions below in your email to our support team:

  • Please provide us with your Online ID/Steam URL?

PSN Online ID 
XBL Gamertag 
Steam Account URL (Example = OR STEAM_0:X:XXXXXX )

  • On November 15, 2018 did you log in between 02:15 am to 5:45 am Pacific Standard Time? If so, around what time did you log in? 
  • Did you receive any error messages at the time? If so, what mode did this occur in (in the lobby, during a mission, etc.) and what was the error message you received?
  • Was your game save data corrupted? YES or NO
  • Do you have access to an older version of your save data on Cloud/Online Storage (PSN, XBL, STEAM)? YES or NO
  • If you have your save data stored on Cloud/Online Storage, are you able to re-download and use the save data? YES or NO
