General - Add-On/DLC content is installed but not showing up in-game?

If your DLC/Add-On items are installed to your console/system but are not showing up in-game, please try the following workaround(s) to recover the DLC content licenses for your account:

For PS4 systems:

  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Select "Account Management"
  3. Select "Restore Licenses"
  4. Select "Restore"
  5. After the "Restore" prcoess concludes, please go back to "Account Management" and select the "Activate as Your Primary PS4" option
  6. Select "Activate" if this option is available
For Xbox One Systems:
  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Go to "Personalization"
  3. Select "My Home Xbox"
  4. Select "Make this my home Xbox" (*Please refer to step 6 if your account was activated on the system, but is currently experiencing issues with DLC).
  5. Restart your Xbox One system.
  6. *Please select "This isn't my home Xbox", power-down and restart the Xbox One System and perform steps 1 through 5 again.
P.S. In the case you're using a PSN/XBL Account of a different region than your game (ex: NA region account, EU region game), please note that all DLC is region locked (and will only work with games from the same region).
