General - Mobile support has moved...

Thank you for visiting the BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America support knowledge base (mobile section)
In an effort to improve the service quality and timeliness of responses to our mobile customers we have moved the mobile articles that were previously hosted here for our mobile apps to a new location. In addition to this we are taking steps to improve the ability for customers to contact us more directly and easily (from within the app itself's "support/settings" section).
Please note, some of our older mobile titles will not contain the in-game messaging feature (as such there will be articles posted on this mobile site/link to help such users).
