The BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America support team will be unavailable during the upcoming Memorial Day Holiday.


Our support team will be unavailable on Memorial Day (May 30, 2016).

Rest assured that any emails received over the Memorial Day weekend will be answered in the order they were submitted when we return to our offices during our normal working hours the following Tuesday (May 31, 2016).

During this time we recommend checking our knowledgebase articles as they contain answers to frequently asked questions for our titles that may be able to resolve any trouble you may be encountering with one of our products or provide gameplay suggestions for clearing an area/stage of a game you may be having trouble in.
