Normally, this mission is unlocked by completing the main scenario. However, this can be unlocked early by installing the pre-order DLC and getting to Chapter 2, Part 5 within the Android Saga. Once you get to Chapter 2, Part 5, enter the Capsule Corporation building and speak to the Female Researcher NPC. Please select the Special Training option and the "Mysterious Warrior Bonyu" quest should be available.
