You will need to send us a ticket with the following:
- Screenshot with your PID number (which can be easily found by following the steps displayed in the image below)
- Receipt (Proof of Purchase) received from Google
- Reason for the request
For Apple purchases, things are a little bit different than through Google Play.
Unfortunately, we're unable to process refunds for purchases made through iTunes directly (as Apple does not allow Developers to access Customer Account/Billing History).
