Please note that the Top Secret Training Set DLCs will only allow you to access the mentor rewards tied to the DLC. It does not grant you access to the mentors available through the respective Season Pass DLC. If you wish to have access to the Season Pass mentors, you'll need to purchase the Season Pass or individual character DLC associated with the character you're interested in.
